90 days to try it
You have 90 days after delivery to try your dressing table at home, even once assembled. If you are not happy with it, the return is free and you get a full refund: satisfied or your money back.
How to return it
Write to us within the 90 days at bonjour@dreamcoiffeuse.fr, with your name and, if you have it, your order number. Our customer service team replies by email in under 1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm (Paris time), and tells you how to send it back. The return is free: you have nothing to pay.
Your refund
You are refunded to the payment method used for the order (bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
A damaged or missing part?
A screw, a drawer side, a part damaged in transit: write to us at bonjour@dreamcoiffeuse.fr and we will send it to you, no questions asked.
