In these terms, “we” means ZAKALY THE NEW WAY LTD, which sells under the DreamCoiffeuse brand, and “you” means the person placing an order on dreamcoiffeuse.fr.

These terms

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on dreamcoiffeuse.fr. They are available at the bottom of every page of the website. By placing an order, you accept them.

Our products

We sell dressing tables with mirrors. The features of each dressing table are described on its page, with its photos.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. During our “Black Friday avant l’heure” (early Black Friday) offer, prices are reduced while stocks last.

Delivery in 48 hours by DHL Express is free; express delivery in 24 hours by Chronopost, if you choose it, costs €10. The total of your order, including delivery, is shown before payment: nothing is added afterwards.

Orders

You choose your dressing table and your offer. Then, on the checkout page, you enter your email address, your delivery address in mainland France and your phone number, and you choose your delivery method. You check the summary (items, prices, delivery, total) before paying.

Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment is accepted: you then receive a confirmation email with its summary.

Payment

You pay in full when you place your order, by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is secure and processed by our payment provider: we never see or store your card numbers.

Delivery

We deliver to mainland France only, excluding Sundays and public holidays:

• free delivery in 48 hours, by DHL Express;
• or express delivery in 24 hours, by Chronopost, for €10.

Orders placed before 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, are shipped the same day from Lyon, France. The expected delivery date is shown before you order. Your phone number lets the carrier contact you. More details: Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

You have 90 days after delivery to try your dressing table at home. If you are not happy with it, write to us at bonjour@dreamcoiffeuse.fr: the return is free and you get a full refund (satisfied or your money back). The refund is made to the payment method used for the order. More details: Refund Policy.

Warranty

Every dressing table comes with a 5-year warranty, with no conditions. A part damaged or missing on delivery is sent to you, no questions asked. To use the warranty, write to us at bonjour@dreamcoiffeuse.fr, with a photo if you can.

Our French customer service team replies by email in under 1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm (Paris time), at bonjour@dreamcoiffeuse.fr, or through the form on our Contact page.
